After a miserable daşma rice that I cooked a couple of weeks ago, I decided never but never do anything that I do not know. I was really upset. Only one week later, I tried to cook rice in another way (süzme). And guess what? A new baş I produced too - for the first time in my life. You hope it was good. Ohhhhh... It was excellent. I had never cooked any food that delicious. I did know the latter way of cooking for a long time but I had never tried it unless the real failure with the first way. I conclude that I will always do a better job even after a fail - like the rice I created. I will do a better job even if I fail the Ph.D. exactly like Leon Lederman did after he barely passed the Written QE.
