قانون خدمت وظیفه عمومی

هدف از پست جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و مراجع مربوط به خدمت وظیفه عمومی است و رویکرد آن بررسی شرایط معافیت، کسری یا خرید سربازی است. قانون خدمت وظیفه عمومی که در قوانین جمهوری اسلامی به آن رجوع می‌شود قانونی است که در سال 1363 توسط مجلس شورا تصویب شده است (لینک به متن قانون) منتها این قانون پس از تصویب در طول به دفعات مکرر اصلاح شده است. لذا مراجعه‌کننده جهت درک صحیح قوانین باید اصلاحات آن را نیز در نظر بگیرد. ضمنا «آیین نامه اجرایی قانون خدمت وظیفه عمومی»، مصوب هیآت وزیران در سال 1391 نیز بررسی خواهد شد. یکی دیگر از مراجع معتبر قوانین روزنامه رسمی است که متن آیین‌نامه‌ی مذبور به صورت در روزنامه رسمی ارائه می‌شود. همچنین قوانین و مقررات کشور در وبسایت dastour.ir جمع‌آوری شده‌است که می‌تواند به عنوان منبع مورد رجوع قرار گیرد.

Electro-spinnability and the Weather

This is the third summer that we cannot perform electrospinning on 10 wt.% PAN solution. We have tested all the effective parameters that we think might affect the process. Finally, we hypothesized that the weather may be responsible for the condition: temperature, relative humidity. Temperature is usually kept at room temperature in the lab, but we are not sure about the humidity.

Extension of Residence Permit

This post is about everything which is related to the extension of my residence permit in Turkey. I will update it frequently.

In this post, I have collected the most important documents and requirements which are necessary to apply some Turkish grad schools.

Targeted Universities for Postdoctoral Studies

Since I have not yet a good brand, I have to look for well-known universities while trying to find the best-fit research group for my research topic. The following list contains a bunch of top schools I am trying to get into. I have to look for the schools located in North America and Europe to have a reasonable and safe number of choices, so I'll skip those schools which are in other parts of the world.

Languages I need to learn

At the moment, I know Turki, Farsi, Arabic, English, and Latin. For my professional life and my interests in science, I need to learn a few languages more. Among them are Greek, German, Russian, and French.

It usually takes one term to progress one step. The following is the time calculation for learning German based on the Gotte Institute information. Supposing that I want to cover A and B levels, it will take totally 18 months or 1.5 year: A1.1 (2 months), A1.2 (2 months), A2.1 (2 months), A2.2 (2 months), B1.1 (2 months), B1.2 (2 months), B2.1 (2 months), B2.2 (2 months), B2.3 (2 months).

If I complete these steps for all the four languages I need, 4*18=72 moths or 5 years. It is not a long time to spend on my future. Once I finish these languages, besides the English, Latin, Turki, Farsi, and Arabic, I will have access to almost all important documents from the west and east cultures to explore the history and evolution of human thought.

MSc Paper Publication

This post entails the journals which are potential locations to publish my paper out of the MSc studies. I will list them and inspect them one-by-one. In the end, I will prepare an ordered list of suitable journals.
